Naboo N-1 Starfighter with Vulture Droid 7660

Anakin Skywalker finds this amazing jet while the enemy droids try to defeat the Jedis on the planet, Naboo. He hops in the Naboo N-1 Starfighter with R2-D2 to help his friends defeat the enemy droids.
The Naboo N-1 Starfighter is a collector's item any Star Wars fan can't miss! Originally released in 2002 under the name, "10026 Special Edition Starfighter," this newer 2007 edition is very similar but with some new upgrades. The new features include a cockpit that can hold a minifig, a flick-fire missile on the underside, and light bluish grey detailing instead of chrome. It also includes a climbing ladder for the cockpit and ramp on the back. The addition of the Vulture Droid also adds to the fun. The Vulture Droid can convert into three different modes: flying, attack, and walker modes!
This set is also the third and latest design of LEGO's Star Wars Naboo fighters. The previous two are the 7111 and the 7256 fighters. Along with this Droid fighter series, there is also the 7141 Naboo fighter. The Naboo fighter 7141 is similar but does not contain the new features and is without the Vulture Droid. The newer version also has a sleeker design than its earlier 2002 counterpart.
10 out of the 17 reviews on Amazon.com gave it 5 stars! Some are saying that it is "incredibly cool," and a "guaranteed kid-pleaser!" Others are enjoying it for its "sleeker" design and its improved figurine of Anakin (he has hair this time). It is also reviewed as being "beyond comparison" to its older 2002 model. The other reviews are also good including 4 and 3 star reviews. Ultimately, the majority of the people who bought the new LEGO fighter are loving it for its upgrades and are very pleased about having this as a new addition to their Star Wars sets!
